1. Definitions & Introduction

3.2 Deposit Refunds

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

For the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not the total balance). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in total wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once. xv99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if fraud or irregularity is detected in bonus claims. Separate terms and conditions may apply for affiliate or promotional bonuses.
